BIKEFLEX currently offers 3 types of lease plans.

We have three lease plans to choose from, salary sacrifice for employees, self-employed (Ltd or LLP), or business lease for companies. 

SALARY SACRIFICE

Our salary sacrifice scheme is free to join and simple to run. No upfront costs for your business, just a tax-free monthly payment taken from employee salaries each month.

A monthly lease rental instead of buying the bike means more employers will be able to afford to offer this to their employees as there isn't a cash burden on their business.  

BUSINESS LEASE

Business contract hire is now available on e-bikes and cargo bikes. Lower monthly payments than buying the bikes and more tax efficiency. Save up to 25% tax.  Take a look at the calculator.

SELF-EMPLOYED LEASE PLAN

Over 5 million businesses in the UK are SMEs or with directors who pay themselves dividends and don’t operate PAYE, so can’t qualify for the other cycle-to-work schemes. If you run your own business (LTD and LLP companies), Bike Flex is the most cost-effective way to get a new bike or e-bike on our tax-saving lease plans.

Please Note about personal leases.

BikeFlex is not offering personal leasing unless it is via our salary sacrifice lease or if they are a director of their own company or self-employed registered with companies house, as they benefit from significant tax breaks, which makes leasing more affordable. In contrast, personal leasing may be more expensive than interest-free. Personal leases would require stores to have their own FCA authorisation, which has yet to be widespread amongst e-bike stores, so we have decided not to offer a personal lease product at this stage.
